In both buildings there is a representative reception area, where your guests can wait for you in comfort. In addition, our receptionists can frank your mail, send packages and answer your phone professionally, of course with your company name. The reception ensures that you are optimally accessible. They also accept your packages. This way you will never miss a package again and the neighbors will no longer have to receive your packages when you are visiting a customer!

    Whether you want to meet with two people or give a course for forty participants: as a tenant of Business Centre you can use the meeting accommodations in both our locations free of charge. The meeting rooms and consultation rooms are available in various sizes and have fast Internet connections. If you wish, we can also serve coffee, tea, soft drinks and possibly lunches and provide you with audio-visual equipment such as beamers.

    Both Business Centre locations have excellent accessibility and are close to the highway, the city center, NS railway stations and various bus stops. Moreover, both Etten-Leur and Breda offer free parking on their own grounds. There are plenty of parking spaces for you and your visitors.

    When you rent office space in Business Centre Breda or Etten-Leur, you may also need to store your archive for example. That too is possible. Our special storage areas are available from 8 m2. These spaces are not only secure, but also fully enclosed and equipped with an alarm and a heater. This keeps the temperature of your archive always at least 18 degrees. You can reach your storage unit via an electric overhead door.

    When you rent office space from us, the use of the mailbox for incoming mail is included. You will have your own mailbox at reception to which you will always have access - even after hours.

    Do you want to send mail with a professional look? Then drop off your mail at reception, where we will frank your mail at the prevailing PostNL rates with our franking machine. You can also come to our reception for sending and receiving packages. For sending packages or urgent documents, you will benefit from special rates thanks to our contract with UPS. You also have the option of using, for example, Track & Trace and signature-for-receipt services.
