"The building where I was located until about four years ago got another tenant. So I had to look for new office space and I asked my broker to look specifically for an office in a business centre, because that seemed like a good way to get in touch with other entrepreneurs. I started looking in several properties, but from the very first conversation I had a good feeling about Business Centre."

Personal
The personal approach of owner Daniel Kandel was particularly appealing to Georges. "With most other multi-tenant buildings you speak to an account manager who is employed by the landlord, who in turn is employed by the investment company that owns the building. Then you already know: this person only wants to sign a rental agreement and after that you don't see him anymore. They ask what your company does for form's sake, but you notice that the answer doesn't stick. With Daniel it is very different. He is very interested in his tenants and does everything to make the cooperation a success. Moreover, thanks to Daniel, I have already welcomed several entrepreneurs who are based here as customers."

Charging station
Georges rents a 30 m2 office in the Breda premises. "I would definitely give the office and service at Business Centre a 9. The accessibility is optimal, as is the parking. I also really like the fact that there is a charging station where I can charge my electric car. In most office buildings you don't see that, but here it has been installed from the vision that you simply must have such facilities in a modern business center. Even before anyone had asked for them. Thinking ahead in such a way and putting yourself in the shoes of the tenants, to me that typifies the way Business Centre works."

Reception service
"I also really like the service of the reception. I am always treated well, when I am not there my calls are answered correctly and they think along with you. Today, for example: I had reserved a meeting room for an appointment - by the way, as a tenant you don't have to pay extra for this, another nice thing - but only the largest room was still available. This morning the receptionist called to say that a smaller room was still available. And once the visit is here, coffee, tea and possibly lunch are quickly and kindly arranged."
