MDO Group is an originally Belgian company with a big growth ambition. When director Peter Speecke wanted to set up a Dutch branch three years ago, he quickly came into contact with Business Centre in Breda.
"After we decided that we wanted to enter the Dutch market, we chose Breda as our place of business. I then started looking for office space on the internet and that's how I ended up at Business Centre. Owner Daniël Kandel helped us a lot from the start. For example he put us in touch with a notary and an accountant so we could arrange the start-up properly. His network really added value for us."
Office
MDO Techniek Nederland rents an office and storage space from Business Centre Breda. "Our employees - mainly mechanics - are on the road a lot, but sometimes they need to pick up materials at Business Centre. We also sometimes hold job interviews in Breda. We do that in our own office, but we've also used a meeting room before. It looks neat: everything you need is there."
Mail and phone
All the mail that MDO Techniek Nederland receives is scanned and mailed by the reception at Business Centre. "We are regularly in Breda and then take the paper mail with us, but it is nice to receive it digitally in the meantime. And the telephone answering and forwarding is also very neat. So we are very satisfied with Business Centre. Certainly also because the price-quality ratio is excellent."
