JobReach

Seddik Zaryouh is the owner of JobReach, a Breda-based staffing agency. The staffing agency started in June 2021 and it focuses on the recruitment & selection of sales professionals, such as account managers and sales managers. JobReach also recruits and selects recruiters, intermediaries and consultants for employment agencies (temp agencies, secondment agencies and recruitment and selection parties). Seddik explains, "In June 2021, JobReach started. I did not want to work from home, so I started looking for suitable office space in the Breda area. Renting or buying a complete office building is too expensive, so I ended up in a collective office building. This is a great solution cost-wise."

Feels good and familiar 
Seddik visited several business incubators and eventually ended up at Business Centre in Breda. "I found Business Centre on the internet. The website looked attractive, so I contacted them. I then made an appointment with Daniël Kandel, the owner of Business Centre. He showed me around the building and I started talking to him. It immediately felt good and familiar! The building looks beautiful and Daniel is a very nice person. He thinks along with you and comes up with ideas, for example, about the layout or about handy facilities."

Professional meeting rooms
Seddik has now been with Business Centre for six months. "On the first floor I rented an office space with three workstations. Here we are with two employees for the time being. We visit our clients, but we receive candidates in our office. For this we use the meeting rooms at Business Centre. There are enough meeting rooms available, so we can always reserve a space. This allows us to receive candidates in a professional manner. That works fine! And what's even better: there are plenty of free parking spaces and the location is convenient. The city center and the central station are just a stone's throw away."

All-in price
Seddik continues: "The rent at Business Centre is attractive because it is all-inclusive. That means we can use all the available facilities for one price. Among other things, we use the meeting rooms, the cleaning service, the mail service and the network management. The Business Centre receptionist also takes our phone calls and receives our visitors. That gives a professional image. I also have another company, Gratisvending.nl. This company sells vending machines. I can temporarily store large vending machines in the Business Centre warehouse. Ideal!"
